Job summary

Netteam tX is seeking a hands-on AI & Automation Engineer to own and expand Rewst automations, improve reliability, and extend automation and AI across internal ops and customer services. You will inherit live automation assets, stabilise and document them, then build secure workflows and AI agents to reduce manual effort and create repeatable value.

This is an engineering-ownership role, handling design through deployment and production performance.

Qualifications

Experience in automation engineering within an MSP or enterprise environment.
Strong PowerShell scripting and automation development skills.
Experience building API integrations and workflow automations.
Knowledge of AI platforms and automation technologies.
Experience implementing governance and change control processes.

Responsibilities

Take ownership of Rewst estate including workflows, integrations, schedules and dependencies.
Make automations observable, documented, recoverable and supportable.
Establish source-control, testing, release, rollback and alerting processes.
Identify high-value opportunities across service delivery, security and onboarding.
Own day-to-day health and development of automation tools (Rewst, GetThread, Datto RMM).
Design, build, test and maintain event-driven workflows and API integrations.
