Dentsu is seeking an AI Enablement Strategist to empower employees across the enterprise to upskill in AI and responsibly adopt automation within the global organisation.

The role collaborates with the Global Head of Responsible AI to translate emerging AI capabilities into scalable programs, and to drive literacy, adoption and measurable innovation across regions, functions and partners. Strong communication and strategic thinking are essential.

Formación

• Experience supporting AI literacy, learning or technology enablement initiatives.
• Ability to translate technical concepts for business audiences.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Organised and proactive with multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Exposure to AI use cases or pilots desirable.
• Fluency in English; Japanese skills are advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Support and deliver the engagement strategy for the AI Connective community globally.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to provide guidance on emerging technology and enablement activities.
• Coordinate with strategic technology partners on enablement programmes and pilots.
• Organise regional hackathons, office hours and innovation labs to boost hands-on adoption.
• Deliver campaigns that showcase AI success stories and promote collaboration.
• Track AI enablement metrics like adoption rates and literacy improvements.
