Job summary

dentsu London is seeking a pragmatic AI leader to shape and deliver scalable AI solutions within Media, translating business challenges into prototype and production-ready outcomes. You will build a small, high-impact engineering capability and guide adoption across planning, activation, operations and reporting.

Leading a cross-functional team, you’ll establish standards, drive governance and ensure safe, responsible AI delivery that creates measurable client value.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of generative AI, ML concepts and LLMs.
• Experience designing and leading AI or automation projects in business settings.
• Ability to assess feasibility, data readiness, integration needs and tool suitability.
• Familiarity with APIs, data pipelines, cloud platforms and enterprise tech environments.
• Capability to guide prototyping from concept to production-ready solutions.
• Emphasis on security, privacy, testing and responsible AI controls.

Responsibilities

• Build, coach and develop a high-performing AI engineering team.
• Oversee design, prototyping and development of AI solutions for Media workflows.
• Establish common engineering standards, design principles and delivery practices for AI solutions.
• Collaborate with product, data engineering, platform, security and enterprise architecture teams to ensure integration into systems.
• Create a culture focused on real business problems, value and responsible adoption.
