Qualifikationen

• Proven experience owning and delivering a large-scale AI adoption, digital adoption, or organisation-wide behaviour change programme.
• Strong background designing enablement programmes that drive lasting behaviour change.
• Solid change management capability, with a track record of bringing people on a journey and shifting everyday ways of working.
• Experience building and running peer-led learning communities or champion networks.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into clear, practical language across levels.
• Experience defining and owning success metrics.
• Hands-on fluency with enterprise AI tools such as Claude and related AI workflow design.
• Experience with instructional design tools or LMS platforms is a bonus.

Aufgaben

• Own and drive BLC's AI adoption programme across Inform, Engage, and Embed phases.
• Design role-specific learning pathways and live/async content linked to real job tasks.
• Embed every intervention to sustain new behaviours beyond tool familiarity.
• Support the AI Champions Network including onboarding and community infrastructure.
• Create peer-led learning mechanics and track adoption signals.
• Define milestones, build a measurement framework, and report progress to leadership.
