Blue Light Card is transforming into an AI-native organisation, and this fixed-term role focuses on landing change with people, not just technology. You will drive the Engage and Embed phases, creating learning pathways and peer-led mechanisms that connect AI tools to real job tasks and measurable outcomes.

You will lead a Champions Network, define success metrics, and report progress to the Chief People Officer, shaping how teams adopt new AI-enabled ways of working while delivering impact

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience owning and delivering large-scale AI adoption programmes.
• Experience designing enablement programmes that drive lasting behaviour change.
• Hands-on fluency with Claude and prompt engineering to a depth enabling practical evaluation.
• Experience building and running peer-led learning communities or champion networks.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into clear, practical language.

Aufgaben

• Own and drive BLC's AI adoption across the Inform, Engage, and Embed phases.
• Design role-specific learning pathways and live and async content linking AI tools to real tasks.
• Embed and sustain interventions focusing on behaviours and daily ways of working.
• Support the AI Champions Network, their onboarding, and ongoing enablement.
• Track adoption signals such as time recovered, weekly active users, and workflows in use.
• Set milestones with the Strategy Director and report progress to the CPeO.
