Job summary

The Law Society is seeking an AI Adoption Assistant to work across our staff and members, helping teams apply M365 Copilot (Premium) to everyday work. You will coach, facilitate and challenge stakeholders to adopt new ways of working, across levels from leaders to colleagues.

You will translate technical capability into practical use cases, building trusted relationships and adapting approaches to suit maturity and readiness.

Qualifications

• Experience facilitating engagement at multiple levels, including leaders, managers and teams.
• Ability to build trusted relationships and influence stakeholders.
• Confident in challenging and guiding stakeholders to reflect and improve ways of working.
• Practical experience using M365 Copilot (Premium) or similar AI-enabled tools.
• Coaching mindset enabling others to build capability and ownership.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365 apps (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
• Able to adapt approaches based on varying levels of maturity and readiness.

Job description

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a busy AI product team and help the Law Society effective use of M365 Copilot Premium by our staff. The role works directly with business areas to help individuals and teams apply M365 Copilot (Premium) to their day-to-day work, moving beyond initial exposure into practical, sustained use. This is a relationship-led role focused on coaching, facilitation, and constructive challenge.

You will support teams to reflect on how they work, identify opportunities for improvement, and embed new ways of working overtime. You will operate flexibly across business areas, adapting approach to suit different levels of maturity, confidence, and engagement.

This is an exciting and varied role where your expertise and knowledge will be used to great effect to make a real impact for our staff and in turn our members.

The AI Adoption Assistant will need to adapt their approach to different levels of maturity and readiness, while observing how technology is used in practice to identify patterns, insights and opportunities for improvement.
