Job summary

Bloomberg is seeking an External Relations AI Enablement Lead in London to accelerate practical AI adoption across the ER organization. You will work hands-on, building AI solutions and training non-technical teams to rethink workflows and scale impact.

Ideal candidates bring programming and automation experience, comfort working with both technical and non-technical colleagues, and a builder mindset focused on tangible business improvements.

Qualifications

• Hands-on technical experience in coding, automation, data analysis, or product/engineering work.
• Strong practical fluency with AI tools and a curiosity about where technology is headed.
• Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Partner with ER teams to identify AI-enabled workflows that improve speed, quality, insight, or scale.
• Prototype AI-enabled solutions using approved internal tools and lightweight approaches.
• Develop reusable playbooks, prompts, workflows, and training materials for ER teams.
• Train and coach ER colleagues on AI usage and adoption.
