Job summary

Ironclad in London is seeking a Technical Adoption Architect to translate customers' goals into AI-supported contracting workflows, bridging adoption from proof of value to activation. You will work with cross-functional teams to deliver best-in-class experiences and scalable solutions.

You will design contracting processes, own high-value use cases, and guide AI-enabled transformation across the contracting lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Experience in professional services or consulting with software companies.
• Ability to connect technical decisions to customer value and adoption outcomes.
• Proven skill in stakeholder alignment across Legal, Sales, IT and Procurement.
• Strong discovery skills to translate goals into a solution approach.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for executive-level recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Account teams and Adoption Strategists to drive customer adoption and value.
• Design and build contracting processes in Ironclad, including workflows and integrations.
• Own high-value customer use cases end-to-end and determine phased scope.
• Provide expert guidance on AI-driven contracting transformation and risk controls.
• Build alignment across stakeholders and guide organizational change.
• Lead executive demos, workshops, and enablement sessions to demonstrate value.
• Serve as the voice of the customer to the Product team.
• Collaborate across teams to support customers throughout their journey.
