Job summary

Elevation Recruitment Group is partnering with a regulated service business to lead AI adoption from the ground up. You will shape how AI tools (Claude Enterprise and Copilot) are understood and used, collaborating with IT, the CTO, and senior leaders to deliver practical AI strategies across the organisation.

You’ll translate complex AI capabilities into actionable, value-adding outcomes for non-technical teams, acting as the primary AI champion as the business defines its path forward.

Qualifications

• Genuine hands-on experience with Claude/Copilot or similar tools.
• Ability to translate AI capability into actionable outputs for non-technical teams.
• Comfort with starting from a blank page and shaping the approach.

Responsibilities

• Help the business understand and adopt the AI tools already in place.
• Identify where automation and AI add value within existing systems and reporting.
• Be the go-to AI expert across the business and collaborate with senior stakeholders.
• Work closely with IT/the CTO and senior leadership.
