WRITER is seeking a customer success professional to own deployment and activation success across a London-based, hybrid portfolio. You will embed within customer organizations, map their objectives, and design strategies to drive adoption and measurable outcomes.

The role emphasizes building champion networks, running workshops, and scaling AI programs with strong cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of proven track record owning activation success and driving measurable adoption outcomes.
• Deep experience understanding customer use cases: map workflows to objectives.
• Experience implementing activation strategies: champion programs, dashboards, workshops.
• Success building advocate networks and power user communities.
• Ability to connect platform usage to business outcomes and articulate ROI.
• Ability to scope, design, and deliver custom solutions and demos with stakeholders.
• Comfortable explaining technical concepts to varied audiences.
• Expertise delivering virtual and live instructor-led workshops.
• Strong collaboration with curriculum teams and cross-functional partners.

Responsibilities

• Own activation and platform success across a customer portfolio.
• Design and execute activation strategies to drive adoption and outcomes.
• Implement champion programs, office hours, dashboards, and trainings.
• Build and nurture advocate and power user communities.
• Lead educational workshops and live events tailored to audiences.
• Collaborate with Transformation lead to align capabilities with use cases.
• Refine materials based on feedback and adoption data.
• Foster relationships with executive sponsors and stakeholders.
