Job summary

Ironclad is seeking a Technical Adoption Architect (TAA) in London to drive customer adoption from pre-sales through activation, translating requirements into practical contracting workflows within Ironclad. You will own high-value use cases and guide customers with AI-enabled transformation across the contract lifecycle.

You will collaborate with Account Teams, Adoption Strategists, and Enterprise Architects, delivering executive demos and workshops to ensure successful adoption and long-term

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional services and/or consulting experience with software companies.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Account teams to drive customer adoption from pre-sales through activation and roadmap.
• Design and build contracting processes in Ironclad: workflows, templates and integrations.
• Own high-value customer use cases end-to-end with phased scope based on goals and adoption success.
• Provide expert guidance on AI-driven contracting transformation and safe AI integration.
• Build alignment across Legal, Sales, Procurement, IT, and executive sponsors.
• Lead executive demos, workshops and enablement sessions to show value and tradeoffs.
• Serve as the voice of the customer to Ironclad Product team.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to guide customers through the full journey.
