Job summary

Ironclad is seeking a Technical Adoption Architect in London to guide enterprise customers through AI-enabled contracting transformations. You will partner with Account teams to validate value, design configurable workflows, and drive adoption from pre-sales to activation.

The role requires strong AI fluency, stakeholder management, and a transformation mindset to deliver measurable outcomes. Hybrid work with in-office presence is expected; you will coordinate across Legal, IT, Sales, and

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional services or consulting in software
• Ability to connect technical decisions to customer value, adoption outcomes and long-term platform ownership
• Proven ability to build relationships with customers and manage expectations across stakeholders
• Strong AI consulting instincts and ability to explain AI concepts to stakeholders
• Transformation mindset to progress customers through adoption milestones
• Ownership mentality for customer success and driving actionable outcomes

Responsibilities

• Partner with Account teams to drive customer adoption from pre-sales through activation and roadmapping
• Design and build contracting workflows, templates and integrations that scale customer value
• Own high-value customer use cases end-to-end and determine phased solution approaches
• Provide guidance on AI-driven contracting transformations and risk controls
• Be the voice of the customer to Ironclad's Product team and cross-functional partners
• Lead executive demos, workshops and enablement sessions to articulate value and tradeoffs
• Collaborate across teams to guide customers through the full journey and support success
