Job summary

Agritech Solutions NI Ltd (Lely Center, Eglish) is seeking a proactive Field Sales professional to drive sustainable growth across Lely products and services. You will engage with existing and potential clients, manage accounts, travel extensively and work towards sales targets within a supportive team.

Responsibilities include developing sales strategies, conducting outbound calls, recording data in Salesforce, and participating in exhibitions to promote offerings.

Qualifications

• Proven Field Sales experience with a strong interest in agriculture.
• Good knowledge of the ruminant and agricultural industry.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable outlook.
• Capable of working effectively in a team and independently, managing workload and time efficiently.
• Full driving licence.
• Working knowledge of CAD and Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies ensuring competitive payment and pricing.
• Day to day account management to ensure sales, sales mix and targets are met.
• Maximise sales through effective promotion of company products and meeting customer needs.
• Conduct outbound sales calls to cold and warm leads.
• Maintain relationships with your own customers, whilst expanding sales to newcustomer markets.
• Manage the customer experience from enquiry through to sale, handover and after sales, including review of orders and ensuring outstanding queries are understood and resolutions found.
• Develop and implement, as required, repeatable sales models to ensure consistent success and revenue growth.
• Contribute to the company sales team to ensure that the company sales, targets and goals are being met and exceeded.
• Assist in the development, implementation and review company systems and processes to maximise recording of and reporting on company information to meet company requirements.
• Production and analysis of reports to provide appropriate and timely information as required.
• Accurately recording all customer data in Salesforce in a timely manner.
• Attendance at marketing activities including for example exhibitions and agricultural shows to promote and maximise sales for the company.
• Liaise with other departments in Lely Center Eglish as and when required.
