Job summary

WR Engineering is seeking a Technical Sales Specialist to cover Cheshire and Lancashire, selling agricultural solutions to farmers and distributors. The role is field-based and focuses on growing both new and existing accounts while showcasing product ROI and field performance.

You will provide technical advice on crop nutrition, fertilisers, soil conditioning and animal nutrition, manage the sales pipeline via CRM, and travel across the territory with strong independence and driving licence.

Qualifications

• Agricultural sales, agronomy or relevant farming experience
• Strong understanding of UK agriculture and farming practices
• Commercially driven with strong relationship-building skills
• Comfortable managing your own territory independently
• Agricultural qualification or relevant industry experience
• FACTS qualification or willing to work towards the qualification
• Full UK driving licence
• Based within or close to Cheshire or Lancashire

We are working with a growing agricultural solutions business looking to recruit a Technical Sales Specialist to cover Cheshire and Lancashire.

This is a field-based role focused on developing relationships with farmers and agricultural distributors, growing existing accounts and generating new business across the territory.
