Job summary

Lely Atlantic Ltd. in the United Kingdom and Ireland is seeking a Commercial Product Specialist to support and train Lely Centers in their commercial activities, localisation of materials and adoption of new products. You will travel to centers and collaborate with International teams to maximise market share.

Key tasks include translating market needs into value initiatives, supporting forecasts and launches, and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships across the cluster.

Responsibilities

• Training Lely Centers sales teams and project coordinators on propositions and sales tools
• Localises and tailors materials to meet local market needs
• Identify and relay needs of Sales Managers and Advisors with Account Manager
• Co-travels with Lely Center Advisors until independent visits
• Collaborates in international workshops and shares best practices
• Involves in NPI and translates product information into sales materials
• Supports forecasts and competitive comparisons
• Supports launches or improvements of products and distribution development
• Acts as a contact for LINT team and Lely Centers on sales questions
• Provides sales support at customer consultations, trade fairs and events
• Manages stakeholder relationships
• Works with Product Management at international levels to address local needs
