Peopleforge in Pilton, Somerset is seeking a Finance Manager to take ownership of day-to-day finances for three enterprises within a family-run farming business. You will manage bookkeeping, VAT, payroll, pensions and credit control, and produce timely financial reports for owners and management.

You will work with external accountants and advisers to maintain strong financial controls, reconcile accounts and ensure accurate records.

Formación

• AAT Level 4 qualified with strong bookkeeping, VAT, payroll and reporting experience.
• Able to work independently and own financial responsibilities.
• Experience managing finances across multiple enterprises is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee day-to-day bookkeeping across three enterprises.
• Produce VAT returns, payroll and pension administration.
• Prepare financial reports for owners and management.
• Manage supplier payments and reconciliations.
• Liaise with accountants, HMRC and external advisers.
• Maintain financial controls and cash records.
