Qualifications

• Previous experience in a finance or accounts role.
• Good working knowledge of Sage 50.
• Experience with VAT returns, month-end and year-end processes.
• Confidence preparing cash flow forecasts.
• Someone organised, reliable and comfortable working independently.
• A friendly, down-to-earth personality who enjoys working as part of a small team.

Responsibilities

• Preparing and updating weekly cash flow forecasts.
• Managing month-end financial processes.
• Preparing the year-end trial balance for the external accountant.
• Preparing and submitting VAT returns.
• Maintaining accurate financial records using Sage.
• Providing general finance and accounts support.
