Job summary

Testing Site - JPMC invites an experienced Agility Lead in Payments Technology to champion agile practices and drive continuous improvement across teams. You will mentor and empower teams to deliver high-quality solutions efficiently while adapting to changing priorities.

You will guide adoption of Scrum, Kanban, XP and scaling frameworks, manage stakeholders, and shape transformation plans using metrics and evidence-based decisions.

Qualifications

• Expertise in agile methodologies and coaching teams and individuals.
• Advanced knowledge of product development lifecycle stages and best practices.
• Proficient in agile delivery with Scrum, Kanban, XP, and scaling frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach teams to adopt agile methodologies and promote open communication for continuous improvement and alignment with goals.
• Use advanced communication and facilitation skills to influence stakeholders and communicate impediments to leadership.
• Develop and implement short- to mid-term operational and transformation plans, prioritise tasks, and manage resources using metrics to achieve goals.
