Job summary

Testing Site - JPMC is seeking a hands-on Payments Change & Transformation Senior Associate to shape how regulatory reporting and payments operations run. You will own reporting processes, resolve issues, and drive automation and platform change with minimal disruption.

You will collaborate with Operations, Technology, and Compliance to modernize end-to-end processes, strengthen controls, and ensure data quality across multiple workstreams.

Qualifications

• Experience in operations within a top-tier or global financial institution.
• Hands-on payments operations and/or regulatory reporting experience.
• Understanding of end-to-end payments processing lifecycles and settlement.
• Knowledge of regulatory reporting obligations and frameworks.
• Experience with data flows, controls, and reporting production.
• Delivery of transformation programs with minimal BAU disruption.

Responsibilities

• Be the SME for payments operations and regulatory reporting in daily practice.
• Identify pain points and risks; translate into clear change priorities.
• Lead delivery of report automation, platform rollouts, and migrations.
• Drive intelligent automation adoption in partnership with Tech and Data Science.
• Manage requirements, UAT, cutover, and stabilization across programs.
