J.P. Morgan seeks a Senior Associate to lead test management for the Payments Technology line of business, coordinating cross-functional teams and overseeing daily testing operations within a global initiative environment.

The role emphasizes end-to-end testing, automation opportunities, and strong communication with stakeholders. You will mentor team members, ensure timely delivery, and drive test strategy alignment with business goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with relevant experience or equivalent expertise in troubleshooting, resolving, and maintaining Cucumber / Gherkin, Java, Selenium.
• Functional knowledge of Payments domain and testing processes to define requirements, user stories and test scripts through to execution.
• Experience with test automation tools to enable efficient E2E test execution.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision on day-to-day activities.
• Strong organizational skills to manage critical testing tasks and tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication, data-driven reporting, and ability to present results to stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Lead a test team with daily supervision, allocation of duties, and timely resolution of issues, plus reporting to the manager.
• Plan requirements against an End-to-End test strategy, including data, environments, defect management and test automation.
• Lead daily Scrum calls and deputize for the Program Test Manager in meetings.
• Manage expectations of stakeholders and teams supporting E2E test execution.
• Identify opportunities for test automation and synergies within the project.
• Document test scenarios and write test scripts using BDD (Gherkin).
• Monitor defects and re-testing process and present results for sign-off.
