Job Description

• Flexible working: We are guided by our client work and needs; however, you have autonomy to manage your time and diary to suit your work/life balance.
• Work location: You will work from either a PA office and/or client location at least 2x per week.

You will join a global team leading organizational agility across financial services sectors, with opportunities for international travel.

What You Will Do

• Design and embed solutions that drive tangible outcomes for clients.
• Rewire client businesses to enhance work environment, change pace, and value delivery.
• Change skills and behaviors at organizational scale, working collaboratively with clients.
• Align organizational strategy with portfolios and teams for rapid change.
• Collaborate with other practitioners in operational excellence, growth, digital, people, and change.

Qualifications

You will have experience or knowledge in:

• Financial services sector solutions tailored to client markets.
• Leading or participating in large-scale agile transformations.
• Business design and agile operating models.
• Driving interlock between engineering, shared services, and operations.
• Stakeholder management and executive communication.
• Developing and implementing organizational agility education programs.
• Applying Lean Portfolio Management practices.
• Product lifecycle management and market analysis.
• Helping functions like HR, Finance, Risk adopt organizational agility.
• Promoting agile ways of working among leadership.

Additional attributes include analytical thinking, client focus, collaboration, communication, and stakeholder management. Preferred qualifications include certifications like SAFe, LeSS, Scrum@Scale, or Kanban Management Professional, and experience with regulatory changes and leading consulting teams.
