Sopra Steria in the UK is seeking an experienced Agile Scrum Master to lead delivery of secure IT infrastructure for a major Defence programme in Basingstoke. You will embed Agile ways of working, remove blockers and align teams across engineering, architecture, networks and security to deliver priority outcomes.
The role requires strong Scrum Master credentials within complex, governed environments and Active MoD DV clearance, plus excellent stakeholder management and facilitation skills.
Are you an experienced Agile Scrum Master with a strong background in delivering IT infrastructure within highly secure Defence environments? Sopra Steria’s Aerospace, Defence & Security sector is looking for an experienced Agile Scrum Master to join a significant Defence technology programme, supporting the delivery and integration of secure, mission‑critical IT infrastructure. You will work closely with technical delivery teams, Product Owners, Project Managers, Architects and customer stakeholders to embed effective Agile ways of working, remove delivery blockers and ensure teams remain focused on priorities, dependencies and successful outcomes.
