Job summary

Sopra Steria Limited in the United Kingdom is seeking an experienced Agile Scrum Master to deliver secure IT infrastructure within Defence programmes. You will collaborate with technical delivery teams, Product Owners and stakeholders to embed Agile practices, remove blockers and ensure priorities are met across complex, highly governed environments.

Qualifications

Active MoD Developed Vetting (DV) clearance is essential.
Experience as Scrum Master/Agile Delivery lead in complex technical programmes.
Delivery of IT infrastructure environments (networks, servers, cloud, virtualization, security).

Responsibilities

Lead and facilitate Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, planning, reviews, retrospectives, backlog refinement).
Coordinate delivery across infrastructure teams (engineering, architecture, networking, platforms, security).
Manage priorities, dependencies, risks and blockers with Product Owners and Project Managers.
Provide reporting and visibility to stakeholders on sprint progress and delivery commitments.
