Sopra Steria is seeking a Senior Technical Test Analyst for our Aerospace, Defence and Security business, based in Hemel Hempstead. You’ll lead testing across system and integration levels, coordinating with Development and Engineering teams on-site 3–4 days per week.
You will contribute to test strategy, craft in‑depth test cases from requirements, and mentor others in testing best practice. Security clearance SC is required; salary is £55,000–£65,000 with excellent benefits.
As a Senior Technical Test Analyst, you’ll play a key role in ensuring high‑quality solutions are delivered across challenging and meaningful programmes within our Aerospace, Defence and Security business.
You’ll bring enhanced coordination, strong analytical thinking and deep testing expertise, working across functional and non‑functional testing. You may be embedded within a managed testing service or supporting a development project, but in all cases you’ll be trusted to guide best practice, support others and help drive quality outcomes.
This is a full‑time, permanent role based in Hemel Hempstead, with an expectation of being on site 3 to 4 days per week.

Salary: £55,000 – £65,000.
