Job summary

Jobtailor seeks an Agile Transformation Coach to guide teams in adopting Agile principles, practices, and tools across programmes. You will embed Agile ways of working, coach colleagues, and identify impediments to execution.

You will collaborate with a network of Agile champions, use data-driven metrics to drive improvements, and design operating models to scale delivery within Transformation Programmes.

Qualifications

• Experience guiding teams and leaders in Agile principles and practices.
• Proven ability to embed Agile ways of working and drive performance improvements.
• Track record in coaching and capability building across organisations.

Responsibilities

• Guide teams and leaders on Agile principles, practices, tools, and methodologies.
• Coach and develop colleagues to embed Agile ways of working.
• Help teams identify and address impediments to Agile execution.
