Job summary

JobTailor is seeking a senior Enterprise Agile Coach to guide leaders and teams in scaling Agile practices across the organisation. You will champion an Agile mindset, embed best practices, and drive cultural change aligned with the Business Unit’s strategic goals.

You will use data to fuel improvement, coach communities of practice, and collaborate with stakeholders to resolve impediments and enhance value delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience coaching leaders, communities of practice and organisations at scale.
• Supports large-scale organisational change to Agile ways of working and cultural transformation.
• Applies coaching techniques to improve flow, outcomes and business value.
• Uses metrics and insights to inform coaching approaches and decisions.
• Confidently engaging and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
• Balances competing priorities and aligns portfolios across units.

Responsibilities

• Guide teams and leaders on Agile principles, practices, tools, and methodologies in alignment to the Business Unit’s strategic needs and delivering value to the client / customers
• Coach and develop colleagues to embed Agile ways of working, championing an Agile mindset and behaviors to drive cultural change
• Help teams identify and address impediments to Agile execution and foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning
• Use data and metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and growth
• Collaborate with other Agile Coaches, share best practice and contribute to a network of Agile champions across Business Units
• Own the Agile coaching strategy to continually improve maturity levels across the organisation by embedding best practices

• Change and Agile transformation – supporting large-scale organisational change to Agile ways of working, driving cultural transformation, and embedding sustainable improvements
• Coaching strategies that support effective delivery – applying a range of coaching techniques to improve flow, outcomes, and business value
• Data-driven decision making – using metrics, insights, and evidence to inform coaching approaches and organisational decisions
• Advanced communication & facilitation skills – confidently engaging and influencing stakeholders at all levels, from local coaching groups to exec leadership
