Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an experienced Change Lead to plan, coordinate and deliver business change across complex transformation initiatives. You will develop integrated change delivery plans aligned to programme milestones and lead impact assessments with diverse stakeholders.

You will coach Change Analysts, report to the Head of Change, and drive readiness, adoption and stakeholder engagement across multiple teams, applying Prosci ADKAR or similar methodologies to ensure successful implementation.

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading business change within complex transformation programmes.
• Strong leadership and ability to coordinate multiple workstreams and stakeholders.
• Extensive experience leading readiness planning, organisational adoption and change activities.
• Experience planning and facilitating workshops, impact assessments, and readiness sessions.
• Knowledge of change management principles and ADKAR or similar.
• Experience using collaboration tools such as MS Teams, Jira, Confluence, Miro or similar.

• Strong leadership skills and ability to coordinate multiple workstreams, priorities and stakeholders simultaneously
• Extensive experience leading readiness planning, organisational adoption and change implementation activities
• Experience planning and facilitating workshops, impact assessments and business readiness sessions with diverse stakeholders
• Ability to analyse complex business change and translate it into practical change and readiness activities
• Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
• Ability to influence and build credibility at all organisational levels
• Confidence engaging senior leaders, Programme Managers, Business Analysts and operational teams
• Strong planning, organisation and programme coordination skills within complex delivery environments
• Experience supporting large-scale transformation business change
• Experience leading organisational readiness or business adoption activities
• Knowledge of organisational change management principles, methodologies and frameworks such as Prosci ADKAR or similar
• Experience using collaboration tools such as MS Teams, Jira, Confluence, Miro or similar
