Job summary

Solirius Reply, part of the Reply Group, is seeking a Delivery Consultant in London to lead agile delivery for client initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure on-time, on-budget outcomes.

You’ll balance delivery management with account responsibilities, travel to client sites as needed, and help grow our delivery practice across public and private sectors. The role requires strong communication, stakeholder management, and a pragmatic, service‑oriented approach.

Qualifications

• A background in Agile Delivery across the whole lifecycle of technical projects/service development.
• A strong experience in Agile scrum methodologies and delivering software in Agile teams.
• Experience of Delivery Management in the public sector, in accordance with GDS standards.
• Experience of scaled agile methodologies, e.g. SAFe, LeSS etc
• Excellent communication skills with clients, managers and stakeholders at all levels.
• Agile coaching experience would be helpful
• Experience in maintaining and reporting on budgets

Responsibilities

• Delivery Management: end-to-end delivery of projects and guidance to the team.
• Account Management: build and maintain client relationships and report on financials.
• Act as Assignment Manager on client accounts and identify new opportunities.
• Engage stakeholders, champion best practices, and ensure value delivery.
• Lead delivery events, track velocity, risks, and dependencies.
