Job Description:

My client is a global leading Digital Consultancy specialising in Cloud Adoption, Digital Architecture/Transformation & NextGen AI Solutions, with offices in London, Manchester and Glasgow. They offer a remote flexi working policy (remote first or hybrid + ad hoc client site travel when required).

They are looking for an Agile Delivery, Scrum & Coaching Consultant to join a rapidly growing team, working on projects in sectors such as Government, Finance, Retail & Energy.

Salary: up to £55k + full benefits + flexible remote working + ad hoc client site travel.

Primary skills and experience required:

• Must be eligible for SC Clearance
• Proven experience as Delivery Manager, Scrum Master, or Agile Coach in teams applying Agile principles across sectors from public to start-ups.
• Experience delivering multi-disciplinary products in cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across multiple teams and seniorities.
• Familiarity with Agile tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, Miro.
• Ability to coach teams and individuals, balancing leadership and empowerment.
• Experience from consultancy and/or government backgrounds is preferred but not essential.
