Job Description:

My client is a global leading Digital Consultancy specialising in Cloud Adoption, Digital Architecture/Transformation & NextGen AI Solutions, with offices in London, Manchester, and Glasgow. They offer a remote flexi working policy (remote first or hybrid + ad hoc client site travel when required).

They are seeking an Agile Delivery, Scrum & Coaching Consultant to join a rapidly growing team, working on projects in Government, Finance, Retail, and Energy sectors, among others.

The salary range is up to £55k plus full benefits and flexible remote working (plus occasional client site travel).

Primary skills and experience required:

• Must be eligible for SC Clearance
• Proven experience in roles such as Delivery Manager, Scrum Master, or Agile Coach within Agile teams. Candidates from all sectors, including public and startups, are welcome.
• Experience delivering multi-disciplinary products in cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging across teams and seniority levels.
• Familiarity with Agile tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, Miro.
• Ability to coach teams and individuals, balancing leadership and autonomy.
• Experience from consultancy or government backgrounds is preferred but not essential.
