Job Description:

My client is a global leading Digital Consultancy specialising in Cloud Adoption, Digital Architecture/Transformation & NextGen AI Solutions, with offices in London, Manchester and Glasgow. They provide a remote flexi working policy, offering options of remote first or hybrid work, with ad hoc client site travel when required.

They are seeking an Agile Delivery, Scrum & Coaching Consultant to join a rapidly growing team, working on key projects in sectors such as Government, Finance, Retail & Energy.

The budget is up to £55k, with full benefits and flexible remote working, including occasional client site visits.

Primary skills and experience required:

• Must be eligible for SC Clearance
• Experience in roles such as Delivery Manager, Scrum Master, or Agile Coach, applying Agile principles. Candidates from all sectors, including public sector and start-ups, are welcome.
• Experience delivering multi-disciplinary products within cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect across teams and seniority levels.
• Familiarity with Agile tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, Miro.
• Ability to coach teams and individuals, balancing leadership and self-management.
• Experience from consultancy or government backgrounds is preferred but not essential.
