Job Description:

My client is a global leading Digital Consultancy specialising in Cloud Adoption, Digital Architecture/Transformation & NextGen AI Solutions, with offices in London, Manchester and Glasgow. They offer a remote flexi working policy (remote first or hybrid + ad hoc client site travel when required).

They are seeking an Agile Delivery, Scrum & Coaching Consultant to join a rapidly growing team, working on key projects in Government, Finance, Retail & Energy sectors, among others.

The salary is up to £55k + full benefits + flexible remote working (plus ad hoc client site travel).

Primary skills and experience required:

• Must be eligible for SC Clearance
• Proven experience in roles such as Delivery Manager, Scrum Master, or Agile Coach within teams applying Agile principles. Candidates from all sectors, including public and start-ups, are welcome.
• Experience in delivering multidisciplinary products and working in cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect across teams and seniority levels.
• Familiarity with Agile delivery tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, Miro, etc.
• Ability to coach teams and individuals, knowing when to lead and when to let teams self-manage.
• Experience from a consultancy and/or government background is preferred but not essential.
