A leading Digital Consultancy in Cloud Adoption seeks an Agile Delivery, Scrum & Coaching Consultant to join their growing team in Bolton. This role offers up to £55k annually with a flexible remote working policy and requires strong Agile experience and SC Clearance eligibility. Potential candidates will work with various sectors including Government and Finance, leading teams and delivering impactful products.

Qualifications

Job Description:

My client is a global leading Digital Consultancy specialising in Cloud Adoption, Digital Architecture/Transformation & NextGen AI Solutions, with offices in London, Manchester and Glasgow. They offer a remote flexi working policy (remote first or hybrid + ad hoc client site travel when required).

They are seeking an Agile Delivery, Scrum & Coaching Consultant to join a rapidly growing team, working on projects in Government, Finance, Retail & Energy sectors (among others).

Salary: up to £55k + full benefits + flexible remote working (plus ad hoc client site travel).

Primary skills and experience required:

• Must be eligible for SC Clearance
• Proven experience in roles such as Delivery Manager, Scrum Master, or Agile Coach in teams applying Agile principles, across sectors from public to start-ups.
• Experience delivering multi-disciplinary products and working in cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging across teams and seniority levels.
• Familiarity with Agile tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, Miro.
• Ability to coach teams and individuals, knowing when to lead and when to enable self-management.
• Experience in consultancy and/or government sectors is preferred but not essential.
