Job Description:

My client is a global leading Digital Consultancy specialising in Cloud Adoption, Digital Architecture/Transformation & NextGen AI Solutions, with offices in London, Manchester and Glasgow. They offer a remote flexi working policy (option of remote first or hybrid + ad hoc client site travel when required).

They are looking for an Agile Delivery, Scrum & Coaching Consultant to join a rapidly growing team, working on key projects in Government, Finance, Retail & Energy sectors (among others).

The budget is up to £55k + full benefits + flexi remote working (plus ad hoc client site travel).

Primary skills and experience required:

• Must be eligible for SC Clearance
• Proven experience in roles such as Delivery Manager, Scrum Master, or Agile Coach in teams applying Agile principles, from sectors ranging from public to start-ups.
• Experience in delivering multi-disciplinary products and working with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect across teams and seniority levels.
• Familiarity with Agile delivery tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, Miro.
• Ability to coach teams and individuals, knowing when to lead and when to facilitate self-management.
• Experience from consultancy and/or government background is preferred but not essential.
