Delivery Manager role within Cytora's Customer Success team, reporting to the Head of Delivery, leveraging agile delivery and stakeholder management experience to drive successful deployments, governance, and measurable benefits for clients.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Agile project management.
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
• Track record of delivering multiple projects on time.
• Effective collaboration with stakeholders at all levels.
• Understanding of AI/Data Science products.
• Commitment to continuous learning in agile practices.
• Adaptability to a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure your team follows our internal delivery best practices.
• Effectively communicates across technical and non-technical boundaries.
• Optimizes team flow and builds agile capabilities.
• Leads continual planning processes including post-launch benefits realization.
• Identifies and rectifies issues in team dynamics and connects daily work to product vision.
• Understands lifecycle phases of product delivery with the Customer Success and Product Lead.
• Manages a business analyst and a Customer Engineer.
• Builds close relationships with internal and external stakeholders and ensures ongoing engagement.
