Job summary

Biffa is seeking a Product Delivery Manager in the United Kingdom to lead day-to-day Agile delivery for the Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform. You will drive Scrum ceremonies, manage the Azure DevOps backlog, and coordinate internal teams and external partners on complex platform upgrades, integrations and M&A-driven changes.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Scrum Master, Agile Delivery Lead or IT Delivery Manager.
• Strong end-to-end project delivery experience with governance and reporting.
• Hands-on with Azure DevOps (preferred) or Jira for backlog and boards.
• Experience delivering change across enterprise apps such as Dynamics 365, SAP or Oracle.
• Excellent stakeholder management and clear communication with senior teams.
• Familiar with Product Operating Model and blending Agile with traditional delivery.
• Pragmatic, hands-on problem solver who removes blockers and sets structure.
• Collaborative leader with a continuous improvement mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day Agile delivery of the product team and Scrum ceremonies.
• Own Azure DevOps backlog and sprint boards with priorities and metrics.
• Act as a delivery leader, unblock teams and coordinate internal/external delivery partners.
• Oversee end-to-end delivery of major platform changes, upgrades and migrations.
• Maintain delivery plans, RAID logs, budgets and governance reporting.
• Coordinate testing, UAT, cutover, go-live and post-implementation support.
• Shape roadmap priorities with Product Managers and balance BAU vs projects.
• Be the primary delivery contact for business and IT stakeholders.
