Job summary

Nigel Frank is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead Dynamics 365 CRM and Business Central delivery on a remote UK basis. You will drive end-to-end project lifecycles, manage budgets and timelines, and coordinate diverse teams including consultants, developers and integration specialists.

The role emphasises stakeholder engagement, governance reporting and continuous improvement of delivery methodologies within a consultancy environment.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering Dynamics 365 CRM/Business Central projects.
• Knowledge of ERP/CRM delivery methodologies and lifecycles.
• Understanding integrations, APIs, data migration, and configuration within Microsoft ecosystem.
• Excellent stakeholder management across all organisation levels.
• Experience coordinating consultants, developers and third-party suppliers.
• Strong organisational skills with multiple priorities.
• Commercial awareness including budgets, forecasts and scope changes.
• Experience using Microsoft collaboration and project delivery tools (365, Azure DevOps, Power Platform).
• PM qualification such as PRINCE2/APM/PMI would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of full project life-cycle from planning to closure.
• Develop and manage plans, timelines, budgets and resources.
• Build relationships with customers and internal teams with clear communication.
• Facilitate workshops to gather requirements and align with objectives.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary delivery teams of consultants and developers.
• Monitor risks, issues and dependencies with mitigation plans.
• Oversee testing, data migration and deployment to production.
• Produce regular updates and governance reports for stakeholders.
• Manage scope, change requests and commercial considerations.
• Contribute ideas and lessons learned to delivery processes.
