Job summary

Biffa seeks a Product Delivery Manager to steer day-to-day Agile delivery for the Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform, blending Scrum leadership with structured project management. You will drive sprint ceremonies, manage backlogs and coordinate complex platform changes across internal teams and external partners.

You will lead cross-functional delivery efforts, ensuring on-time, within-budget releases while maintaining governance and risk management.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Delivery Lead or IT Delivery Manager, leading cross-functional teams.
Strong experience delivering end-to-end projects, including planning, risks, budgets, governance and reporting.
Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps (preferred) or Jira for backlog, sprint and work-item management.
Experience delivering change across enterprise applications/platforms such as Dynamics 365, SAP or Oracle with understanding of business processes.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across delivery teams and senior business/IT stakeholders.
Experience working within a Product Operating Model and flexing between Agile and traditional delivery approaches.
Pragmatic, hands-on problem solver who can remove blockers and bring structure to ambiguity.
Collaborative leader with a continuous improvement mindset.

Responsibilities

Lead the day-to-day Agile delivery of the Product team, facilitating Scrum ceremonies and sprint planning.
Own the Azure DevOps backlog and sprint boards, ensuring accurate work items and delivery data.
Act as a leader, removing blockers, managing dependencies and coordinating delivery partners.
Deliver end-to-end major platform changes, including upgrades, enhancements and migrations.
Maintain delivery plans, RAID logs, resource plans, budgets and governance reporting.
Coordinate testing, UAT, cutover, go-live, hypercare and post-implementation support.
Partner with Product Managers to shape and sequence roadmap priorities.
Serve as delivery contact for business and IT stakeholders, reporting risks and communications for major releases.
