Job summary

Scrumconnect Consulting in Newcastle upon Tyne is seeking a Business Analyst to map and improve processes within an agile delivery team.

You will define as-is and to-be processes, map data flows, design new procedures, and manage changes to the core product, while writing and maintaining Jira tickets.

Candidates with UK public sector BA experience and a recognised BA qualification are encouraged to apply, with flexible working options.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in agile delivery.
• Strong process mapping and data flows understanding.
• Experience with change management and impact assessment.
• Experience writing user stories and managing backlogs in Jira.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• UK public sector experience and BA qualification required.

Responsibilities

• Define as-is and to-be processes.
• Map operational and technical processes and data flows.
• Design and document new operational and technical processes.
• Manage change and assess impact on the core product.
• Write and maintain Jira tickets for the delivery team.
