Job summary

Infinity is building a platform that converts millions of customer conversation datapoints into actionable insights and automated actions across marketing stacks. You’ll own the Platform lifecycle, prototype with AI agents, validate with customers, and drive measurable outcomes with cross-functional teams.

You’ll shape the roadmap, collaborate with Engineering, Customer Success and Commercials, and ensure data flows translate into increased value for customers and revenue growth.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in product management within a SaaS or tech environment owning end-to-end products.
• Agentic delivery: hands-on experience using AI tools to prototype, synthesise and deliver.
• Systems thinking across martech and data flows in marketing stacks.
• Martech domain experience: ad platforms, CRM, CDP, analytics.
• Experience running discovery and delivery in agile environments.
• Excellent communication to articulate product vision to executives and teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for the Platform area—from discovery to delivery and market adoption.
• Shape and prioritise the roadmap and backlog; connect Infinity data to ad platforms, CRMs, audiences, and analytics with measurable outcomes.
• Provide the team with clear problem statements and expected outcomes; let agents handle delivery mechanics.
• Define and own the metrics that matter for your product area and report progress transparently.
