Anaplan is seeking a hands-on Technical Lead to build and lead our Enterprise Grade AI Platform. You will drive the conversational AI, Generative and agentic AI roadmap, while managing a team of 5-8 engineers and remaining hands-on yourself.

This role requires exceptional leadership and the ability to solve complex technical problems, mentoring engineers and aligning with product management to deliver high-impact AI features.

Formación

• Experience leading AI engineering teams and delivering production-grade AI features.
• Strong knowledge of LLM APIs, prompt engineering, and conversational AI patterns.
• Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time with high quality.
• Hands-on Python development and modern software practices.
• Experience with distributed systems and cloud-native architectures.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and grow a team of 5-8 AI engineers, fostering technical excellence.
• Drive end-to-end development of conversational AI features for enterprise platform.
• Oversee technical design reviews, sprint planning, and delivery velocity.
• Collaborate with Product Management to prioritise features and trade-offs.
• Establish testing strategies, evaluation frameworks, and deployment patterns.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for AI applications.
• Partner with platform teams to integrate AI features with core infrastructure.
