Job summary

Accenture Song seeks a Senior Manager to lead agentic commerce transformation programmes for Consumer Goods and Retail clients in London. You will bridge strategy, architecture and delivery, owning client relationships and driving commercial growth while shaping AI-enabled commerce capabilities.

You will guide multi-disciplinary teams, shape proposals, and ensure delivery excellence, with accountability for outcomes and account expansion across senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Deep experience in Consumer Goods and / or Retail
• Proven track record of leading complex digital transformation programmes
• Commercial instincts to identify, shape, and close new opportunities
• Ability to build C-suite relationships and manage multi-disciplinary teams

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of major agentic commerce and digital transformation programmes
• Own senior client relationships with key accounts across marketing, commerce, technology and commercial functions
• Identify, shape and close new commercial opportunities and lead the commercial process to contract
• Develop account plans and build pipeline to grow Consumer Goods and Retail portfolio
• Translate strategic objectives into executable programme structures and delivery roadmaps
• Guide design and implementation of agentic commerce strategies for CGS and Retail
• Define data/product architecture to be machine-readable and AI-ready
• Oversee platform and ecosystem strategy and integration approaches
• Lead multi-disciplinary teams and drive high performance
• Grow and develop talent within the team and contribute to thought leadership
