Accenture Song is seeking a Manager to shape client strategies in digital commerce and agentic AI, leading transformation programs and building high-performing teams. You will drive client engagements, executive workshops, and thought leadership while guiding senior stakeholders through complex delivery and AI-enabled UX improvements.

You will foster trusted client relationships, develop junior talent, and contribute to winning proposals, ensuring delivery excellence and sustained business

Qualificações

• 7–10 years of professional experience in consulting or digital commerce.
• Deep understanding of digital commerce ecosystems and operating models.
• Experience leading teams and managing senior stakeholder relationships.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Active use of AI tools and agentic platforms.
• Experience with global brands and retailers preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead client engagements focused on digital commerce strategy and transformation.
• Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders.
• Lead executive workshops and cross-functional co-creation sessions.
• Define commerce transformation programmes and roadmaps.
