Zusammenfassung

VolkerWessels is seeking a Site Agent to oversee on-site construction activities on major infrastructure projects. You will ensure safe delivery to programme, within budget and to high quality standards, while supporting a leading UK infrastructure developer.

The candidate will lead multidisciplinary teams, coordinate subcontractors, and manage budgets and schedules, with a focus on safety and quality in civil works.

Qualifikationen

• Experience as Site Agent or Senior Engineer on infrastructure or civil projects.
• Strong leadership to motivate multidisciplinary teams.
• Excellent planning, organisational and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience managing subcontractors, budgets and programme delivery.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge of CDM regulations.

Due to continued growth, we have an exciting opportunity for a Site Agent to join our team and play a key role in the successful delivery of works on the Agratas project. This role will be responsible for overseeing on-site construction activities, ensuring projects are delivered safely, to programme, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, while supporting one of the UK's most significant infrastructure developments.

• Previous experience working as a Site Agent or Senior Engineer on infrastructure or civil engineering projects.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage multidisciplinary teams.
• Excellent planning, organisational and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience managing subcontractors, budgets and programme delivery.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
• HNC/HND or Degree qualification in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
• Knowledge of the requirements of CDM regulations
• Ability to produce Work Package Plans, Task Briefing Sheets,
• Knowledge of Safety, Quality and Environmental issues
• Experience in civil engineering
