Job summary

Junior Adventures Group is seeking a Casual Activity Leader for Southbank International in London. You’ll lead fun, age-appropriate activities across Breakfast & After School Clubs, bringing energy and safety to each session.

You’ll work split shifts (mornings and/or afternoons) with potential for more hours during Holiday Club seasons. Enthusiasm for childcare and teamwork is essential; DBS checks apply.

Qualifications

• Experience in childcare, teaching, coaching, or youth work is a bonus.
• Able to run activities and manage a group.
• Positive, can-do attitude and creativity.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exciting, age-appropriate activities like multi-sports, arts & crafts, group games, and creative play.
• Set up engaging play spaces and keep them safe, clean, and awesome.
• Supervise children with care and enthusiasm, ensuring every child feels welcome, safe, and included.
• Prepare snacks and manage sign-in/out processes with a friendly face and attention to detail.
• Work split shifts: 7:30–9:00am and 3:00–6:00pm.
