Job summary

Eden Automotive Ltd / Eden Motor Retail Ltd in Wokingham is seeking a hands-on Aftersales Support Assistant who can efficiently manage parking for customers and assist workshop flow. A full driving licence is essential and the role offers full/part-time hours.

You will work closely with the Aftersales Manager to keep operations smooth, improve access for customers, and support technicians to minimise delays while delivering excellent customer service.

Working closely with the Aftersales Manager, this role is key to the efficiency of the aftersales department. You will be responsible for managing the available parking to ensure that vehicles are easily accessible and customers can easily park. You will also assist the Technicians in manoeuvring vehicles in and out of the workshop so that repair work can be carried out without any unnecessary delays.

We will consider applications from candidates looking for both full-time and part-time hours.

A full driving licence is essential.
