Job summary

Eden Reading Vauxhall is seeking an Aftersales Advisor who puts customers first, is presentable and reliable, and enjoys working as part of a friendly team. You will handle daily customer interactions, assist with enquiries and contribute to a high standard of service.

We are looking for an Aftersales Advisor to join our team at Eden Reading Vauxhall. You should possess excellent customer service skills, be presentable, professional, reliable and a dedicated team player. Motor trade experience or retail customer service experience would be advantageous but is not essential. You will assist incoming customers on a daily basis as well as talking to prospective customers. As you will be working as part of a team, good communication skills and IT skills are essential as well as being able to work on your own initiative as and when required, and the ability to prioritise your own workload.
