Pybus Recruitment Ltd is recruiting an Aftersales Performance Analyst for an OEM manufacturer in Chiswick Park, West London. The role is office-based full-time, supporting leadership with performance reporting across the national retailer and service network.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years in aftersales/data analysis, strong Excel/PowerPoint skills, and experience with Power BI. Salary up to £55,000 plus 15% bonus and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years' experience within aftersales operations, data analysis, business administration, or a related automotive environment.
• Strong analytical, organisational, and coordination skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience using data visualisation tools such as Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Support the Aftersales leadership team in consolidating and reviewing regional and departmental performance reports.
• Monitor key performance indicators including customer satisfaction, warranty performance, service revenue, and parts sales.
• Produce analytical summaries highlighting trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Maintain reporting tools, dashboards, and performance tracking systems.
• Organise and coordinate regular management meetings, reviews, and workshops.
• Prepare presentations, reports, and briefing materials for senior management.
