Job summary

Pybus Recruitment Ltd in Chiswick Park, West London, seeks an Aftersales Performance Analyst to support the leadership team with data-driven performance insight across a national retailer and service network.

You will manage reporting, dashboards, and meetings, monitor KPIs such as customer satisfaction and service revenue, and drive continuous improvement in the aftersales function.

Office-based role, Monday–Friday, with up to 15% bonus and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 3 years'+ experience in aftersales operations, data analysis, or automotive environment.
• Strong analytical, organisational and coordination skills.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint proficiency; experience with data visualisation tools such as Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Monitor aftersales performance and manage reporting processes.
• Coordinate management meetings and prepare presentations for senior management.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and implement new reporting tools.
