Qualifications

• Experience as Aftersales or Service Manager with a strong background in service operations.
• Ability to manage a large, diverse team and lead by example.
• Excellent customer service acumen and understanding of manufacturer standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the Service department, driving productivity and efficiency.
• Lead, coach and inspire Technicians, Service Advisors, Parts and other team members to deliver great customer outcomes and hit targets.
• Own departmental financials, ensuring profitability, compliance and consistent customer satisfaction.
• Maintain a positive team culture and drive performance and development across the department.
